    SPOO, NAMOR - what's your take on the navy EG's? I'm going to order a boot - EG or G&G - and am flipping between black and navy - maybe a pingrain or suede on top.

    While I still love EG, my tastes are morphing into a more aggressive, chiseled last. Im not into the bulbous, round lasts so much anymore. So me, I vote G&G.

    actually, you didn't ask me, anyway.

    imo, these two are too close together. if you consider adding pingrain to the make up, i would go g&g. from the combined styles posted on sf, my impression always was that g&g is ahead of his competitors.

    my favourite boot as of recent is the carmina shell, though.

    Pebble grain ages so nicely... these have a nice burnished look anyway, time will only improve it.
