    ^ that's some serious coin for a belt but you don't have many options. A silver buckle would look awkward

    the belt buckle is quite far away from the buckle of one's shoes. That's a lot of matching. Although I DO approve of BOTH purchases... nice.

    Of course it depends on what you are wearing but its much easier to have a matching belt. For example, business casual: navy slacks, ocbd, buffalo tan (gold buckle) monks. Belt?

    Edit-pants with side tab adjusters :slayer:

    This is the reason why I would have to have silver buckles, I do not like brass buckles on my belts.

    The matching belt on Mr. P is $435.

    Pair the "equestrian" double monks (born quoting the buckles of riding boots) with bridle belts is fine,

    Very worth it at 50% off....... Its construction is really top notch. Would not have paid full price though.

    you got it for 50% off? no wonder. Would have told you to purchase another pair of shoes for $435.

    My mistake, I'm a founding member too and bought a few Drake ties but the shoes did not show up as on sale....weird.
