    Are shoes made in England larger than ones made in the States?

    Some say wider. I however, have not really found this.

    The sizing system is different (mathematically, a full numerical size up from the equivalent American size; in practice, one half-size to one full size). Some also say the default width is wider than the US D, but that varies by manufacturer and last as much as anything else.

    Definitely larger in average width than USA and EUR is also like UK.
