from a laymen pov, i would guess it's a stormwelt, where the "flap" is bugged.

^ Nice. I've always dug the Algonquin. Perhaps one of these days I'll try one on to verify fit that it doesn't fit me as C&J's are apt to do for my feet.

Nice shoes. But how can you wear those white ones. The are extremely sensetive for dirt. If someone staps on it accidently you're screwed.
