1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I dont recall the lasts but I have the Lowndes, Prestwood, Seansea, Boswell in 9.5 UK and they all fit me OK. Also have the RL suede tassel loafer, Darlton in 10.5 US and they fit me fine. I also have the handgrade loafer (Rosewood ?) in 10.5 US and it also fits me.

I bought 2 chukkas (chukka & tetbury) in 9.5UK and both didnt fit me

Were the chukka's too big or too small and what might have become of them? :embar:

    Mac,

My Jedi training has begun.............day one was most encouraging, no heal slipping, reasonable flex in the sole, first roll set up well back of the toe cap/medallion. A bit snug on the toes of the right foot. But perfect on the left foot.

Day two will have to wait until Monday. As I am keeping them at the office until I'm sure that I'm adopting them. That way the old ball and chain doesn't have to see them enter the house if they aren't going to live with us permanently

Much easier on everyone that way.............:embar:

    :)

Sold one of them here, returned the other. I keep thinking of getting your chukkas but the INR has lost 18% against the USD in last year so I am curtailing purchases.

"Those shoes" are still one of my favorites. They are so versatile.

I've always had a soft spot for this Norwegian. I really like the braided split toe.

100% agree... OR, just own and rotate 50 pairs & never develop any holes in any.

But I think it would be so improved with one more style. Perhaps a contrasting overstitch on the toe seam.
