    I love wholecuts, fiddlebacks and museum calf... and attractive female legs.

    I didn't know that Alfred Sargent still had some museum calf knocking about.
    I may have to call them up and make an order.

    Like the shoes but that pig foot heel is not so great. Why not round it?

    Like the shoes but that pig foot heel is not so great. Why not round it?
    Iunno, I guess it takes more effort/skill to do a cloven hoof as opposed to a rounded one (think sanding wheel).
    Nore would you mind giving a quick rundown of the shoes you posted? quite a few I like there...

    I don't know what it is, but every time I see a pair of blind brogues like the Brummells above, they just look cheap to me. Maybe it's because I've seen too many '80s plastic Florsheim blind brogues in thrift stores. I guess I don't get the appeal.

    You should see the photo that jefferyd posted after shining them up -- they looked absolutely fantastic. I rehosted the pic on imgur: [​IMG] Jefferyd also posted these 82 last chelseas around the same time ... the mirror shine on the toecap is marvelous. [​IMG]
