    Whehe. I'm not sure my feet like to be called that.


    of course. it's like me, i can only wear custom made oxfords. lucky, that i don't care for them much.

    And I love 'm...

    ...The new one closes higher, hence has the vamp-point higher, resulting in a longer vamp.
    Also the toe caps on the new design are longer and the swan's neck was introduced to 'Chelsea' and 'Berkeley'.


    I think this must have been a two stage evolution. The burgundy Berkeley below is 'old new' with the swan's neck and more rounded vamp around throat. The chestnut shoe is 'new new' with the same features plus the higher vamp and longer toe cap.

    Personally, I prefer the aesthetic of the burgundy shoe.

    Is that a special MTO version of the Cambridge? The standard version does not have the "swan neck" throat.
