the edward green ostrich chelseas and the santoni stingrays are the sweetest.

[IMG] Now THAT is an FU shoe! And the shot on the box top is so disrespectful.

Just saw your belt thread, good stuff. I actually have one of those revolving leather punches and have shortened belts for my wife (simply punched a new hole in my belts, may get fat again [IMG] )

Yup, and seeing needles, thread and a seam ripper has given me the much needed boost to finish the lining of my mom's bag!

I only see frogs... Do you have a workaround (besides copying and pasting the address of the pic in a browser window)?

(with Chrome) Right click over the frog, "open in a new tab"

It is less boring than Cut and Paste...

Nice collection, How is the quality of the Loake Herring (24 last?) compared to AS and C&J? Thanks

    Thanks!

    24 last, right?

    Thanks

Thanks! It is OK, the leather seems a bit stiffer than on C&J/AS, but they are holding up really well. Took a while for they broke in but now they are really comfortably. And yes, they are on the 24 last.

Er, and who is Chikalot06 again?

His shoes collection is amazing and I dare say the best or top 5 in the whole of SF.
His Lattanzi collection is astounding. I wonder is this Lattanzi made from the skin Silvano buried in his backyard

    http://www.flickr.com/photos/chickalot06/5557930067

And he got a tricolour trickers that looks like an Italian flag and even his green-orange Sutor is so awesome and unlike anything Sutor usually sells. He even got the yellow Florsheim-Duckie Brown brogues.

And considering he is probably Japanese and probably paid Japanese prices for the Lobbs and Lattanzi, I bet he spent the most of anyone on SF on his shoes! Damn!

I hope he owns matching belts for all 200 pairs of his shoes.

    Bravo.

One of the only "polishing party" posts I've seen in which I'd wear each and every pair of shoes myself.
