That sole-extension business seems pretty gimmicky.

    Ties in with the collection...

Reminds me of those crepe soled YSL's. (Not a hit IMHO)

From the Barneys sale today. Substantial shoes, similar to the goodyear Borgioli's w/norvegese stitching. Color is actually a bit darker in person. Decent deal <$350.......

Everyone has seen these by now, but KG/EG Chelseas in Navy. I'll go wear them outside now, but under office lighting, I really can't tell them from black, which is just fine by me.

I do wonder just how many KG/EG shoes SF has purchased in total? Extrapolating from the number I proxied a while back, and then including the ones other people got from Harrods and Liberty and so on, I'm guessing at least 30-40 pairs from regular posters, probably more. Let alone lurkers here who spotted the deal. That's a pretty sizable order! [IMG]

I have two, Shikar has three, I thought Portnoy ended up with five--that's 10 right there. So 30-40 seems low if anything.

I'd like to know whose idea it was to order them, since they appear to have sold none at retail.

A nice pair of KG/EG Chelseas sure would look good on my mess of a desk as well!

    That's what she said...

That's my filing cabinet. My desk is worse.

Do you guys ever get a `WTF?`from colleagues who walk in on you taking pics of your shoes at work? Can't help but think that it's bound to happen. Just the other day, my girlfriend stood in the doorway for a few minutes before busting out in laughter at the sight of me just standing in front of my closet looking in awe at all my shoeboxes!
