No, those were for something to do with Harley-Davidson.

All this imitation stuff is driving me crazy
Dopey has imitation brogueing
Delos' "Spiderman" boot with imitation buckles (zipper instead)

Sweet Jesus, this makes the RJLazyman's imitation laces seem mundane

But all this imitation look has made me realize the inherent beauty in imitation brogueing

I can't understand why bespoke & MTO shoe operations just don't use wholecut shoes and then just add imitation brogueing instead? And perhaps this will be the bespoke route I take.

This is how blessed my future bespoke creation will be due to the contributions of many of you
1. Will got me interested in using G&G
2. Dopey got me thinking imitation brogueing is cool
3. RJMan got me turned on to imitaiton lacing (bless his 9 nine lives)
4. Fritzl has interested me into using a side-gussetted wholecut design
5. Luk-cha & Medwards longwings got me excited into using a balmoral look
6. Manton got me to go for black leather
7. And little ole' Bengale-stripe will make the imitation lacing if G&G drops the ball

Is there anyone else who would like to contribute?

You have good taste much of the time. This is not one of those times.

It was an experiment. Actually, they are not bad with denim.

You might know denim as "jeans" or "dungarees."

That doesn't make them better. Honestly, I was tempted to post them, but I chickened out.
