I would wear these with a blazer and grays, at night, but not with any other odd jacket, and not during the day.

As to monks with suits, I do that all the time, and I intend to with these.

I did not get them in blue because these were an impulse purchase, and because I am not part of England's Elite. Wearing blue shoes is like wearing a regimental tie: only if you belong.

Question will be, what did you pay & what where they marked as? AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST do you like them, and do they have and other pair they can trade you with (presuming you like them) For a brand new shoe, store bought I don't think any one here would take them at full price ...
