Did you have to quote the whole thing Ed?

Tricker's. I am 99.9999999% sure. I don't know anyone else who uses "espresso burnished" as a description, and the handwriting on the box and ankle is exactly the same as mine are. Also the size is "11 - 5" which means Tricker's system of size 11, in a 5 fitting (medium width).

All joking aside, those are trickers and they don't seem to be finished the way trickers finishes some of their nicer shoes, although since they are country shoes, I guess that is irrelevant. Mind if I asked what you paid, it seems like the price on the box begins with a 1.

edit: seems to be the trickers bourton

Well, Tricker's doesn't make longwings under their own name and I guess the design of the derby quarters is quite original. I just can't get over that Tricker's country shoes of similar quality would retail for about 25% of that price. Did Thom Browne slip you some roofies or something?

This has to be one of the worst rip-offs in men's dress shoes if Tricker's manufactures these for TB, the price of 1250 is very high. You can actually get a very similiar aesthetic from a pair of Doc Martins for around 100, and the pull tab on Docs are more stylish imo.
