That's the most part of the fun...
I had metal taps installed on both the heel and toe of my leather soled shoes so it's a veritable noise factory when walking.

I especially love the effect on stone and marble floors. It gets people looking.

I'm not much of a photographer and you've probably seen the shoes before. However, since these are my first pair of decent shoes here goes anyway.

They look great. Congratulations. I've had my eye on those for a long time but have too many shoes in the rotation to justify the price.

no, I mean narrower. Their shoes always run too wide.

    You're wrong. They're narrow. I know; I've tried them.

EDIT: I like those Drummonds. Maybe a medallion-less wingtip like that should be on my list.

Maybe you are wrong.....they all fit too wide...trust me I have spent too much money shipping shoes from England and Paris back and forth.....

Don't think so, only branding on them is a picture of a hammer. They're cedar though and smell almost as nice as the shoes. [IMG]

No......I think buying narrow shoes (english) is about as easy to do as it is to find left handed gold clubs.

True, but wides are equally difficult. I do have left-handed golf-clubs, though. I'll sell them to you...

I've really liked the Church's I bought last week so I picked these up today. The sole is the same as my black wingtips which is very comfortable for the city.

I think they'll look great with winter pants that are hemmed to the lengths I prefer.

Four days since the last shoe damage content! I just got these special orders in today and admit to being very impressed with their elegance:

Sorry for the quick & dirty flash pic. Anyone have a guess as to their creator?
