Shoe Creases

I seem to have an issue of always getting some creasing across the mid upper (across the toe) of my leather dress shoes. They go on shoe trees every night, I have a desk job for the post part with some meetings and driving.

Bad polishing/shining?
or poor quality? All of my shoes are in the 100-300 price range. It's not that I can't afford more but I get bored easily and usually just buy a new pair every season or so.

What kinds/brands do you own that are developing the creases?

All shoes crease to some degree.
Cheaper leather just looks shittier.

Applying plenty of leather conditioner (and polishing regularly) when still fairly new will help a bit.
