I recently picked up some old Carr's Boot Cream. The problem is it begun to dry out and seems too thick compared to other creams I use.

I would like to revive it if possible. My initial thoughts were to add some leather conditioner to thin it. Can anyone offer any advice in this matter?

By conditioner you mean Lexol or some other kind of liquid? Sounds good, or lanolin.
