1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

    Welting

A key justification (or explanation?) behind expensive shoes is the way in which their constructed, and how this construction can influence long term durability. Part of this construction is the way in which the sole is attached to the welt, and then to the upper – and if you thought that construction was a cut and dried area, you’ve been browsing the wrong forum. Read all about it within.

    Women in Combat

One of the liveliest threads in Current Events forum is a debate over the role of women in combat, and it’s chock full of real life examples personal stories and more. What do you think? Are we headed towards a genderless military?

    Cloth

What’s better than commission a bespoke suit? Commissioning a bespoke suit with cloth you yourself purchased years earlier on a whim. Nifty!
