I am very hard on my shoes, and they tend to not age well. For everyday business wear do you guys rotate a few pairs of shoes. I tend to wear a pair straight for weeks untill I get sick of them and then move to the next pair. Apart from the odd visit to the shoe shine place I dont really do anythning else apart from wipe the leather down with a damp cloth when they get dirty from rain/salt etc.

I have limited time and interest at nightime to OCD on my shoes. But what are the basics when it comes to caring for quality leather shoes without spending alot of time on it. Thanks

Shoe trees and rotating through a few different pairs will go a long way towards prolonging the life of your shoes. You really only need to condition/polish once or twice a month if you are rotating through several pairs and you can have that done in 5-10 mins max.
