Shoe buying advice please

I'm looking for a pair of brown shoes to wear occasionally (1-2 times per week max), that don't cost more than £100 and are capable of wearing in a British winter!

I've found 4 that look reasonable - which would you buy?

Welcome to Styleforum pete146. A British winter of Snow? Rain? If either one, none of the above is suitable without rubbers over them, and of the choices you provided, I would go for the second or fourth pair.
