I have a question. I wear anywhere from 9.5 1/2D to 10.5D in dress shoes, boots etc. I wonder how a 10.5D would fit in Cowboy boots? Thanks

That depends entirely on the particular last and details about your foot that are nearly impossible to put into words.

The best option is to try them on.

The distant second best option is to tell us the specific brand and last, and see if anybody else has an experience that's pretty similar.

I'm a pretty consistent 9.5E in my CJ, Carmina, TLB or 10.5D in US sizes. My boots are all 10.5E or 11D's from Lucchese and I wear with boot socks and get a good comfortable fit but have found that I usually like to try my boots on before buying even more so than with other shoes.
