Shoe advice for wedding

Budget is around $200.
If that is strict then Meermin is a good option. I’d buy in advance so that your fiancé has time to break them in. Skolyx.se also offers shoes just above $200. No personal experience with their house brand but the seller is reputable and the shoes look nice. If you can stretch to $300 then you have many more options but I understand if your budget is firm.

With that suit, I would go with black oxfords. Dark brown would be my second best choice but it should be a really really dark brown. Or oxblood.

A bow tie could be a nice choice, but plain black isn’t your best option (and make sure it’s a self-tied bow tie). As bicycleradical mentioned, a black and white glen plaid tie is a classic option for weddings, so perhaps you’d want to consider something like this, though I’m unfamiliar with this specific brand.
