The measurements are a little deceiving because of the insulation of the jacket and the cut, I have a 35" chest and it fits great on me. chest, pit to pit; 21" length, front shoulder/collar to bottom; 28.75" Like new condition, worn lightly 4-5 times last fall then sat in my closet.
