I know this topic has been discussed ad nausem but i have found that AA shirt's are wayy too tight in the shoulders chest and arms, but are too drapey/loose around the waist and also a lil long. What brand of shirts that fit more...uh..athletic types?

Alternative Apparel is sweet. The t-shirts are lighterweight than AA, but they are also shorter and have a little more room in the shoulders and chest and fit better around the waist.

I had the same problem, and would try all kinds of different 3-packs of CK, Polo, w/e tees...they are all utter ****, shrink like hell and stretch even more.

If you can, go try on a JCrew vintage tee. I have a big upper body from wrasslin' (not guido proportions), and said shirts are my fav right now. I know an employee who managed to get me a bunch for like $15/tee...i think its 2 for$40 normally.

Err...keep in mind I'm not one to spend more than $15 on em really. I'm sure that if you spend enough theres some high-quality, perfect t-shirt out there...it just isn't really worth it to me.
