  • I was wondering how to determine if a shirt is suitable for business casual, business formal and just casual? In other words, what are the differences between their shirts?
  • For example, currently I own two shirts: 100% cotton, long sleeves, one single pocket on left chest, spread collars, round hems. One has blue stripes and the other has blue checks, and the background is white for both. The brand is Mossimo Supply. They look like this, except the pattern and number of pockets on the chest:

Are my shirts for casual, business casual or business formal?
Thanks and regards!

If they are all patterned like that, I would not wear them as business casual shirts.

Depending on how thick the blue stripes are, that shirt might qualify as business casual.
