If you're willing to use travelling tailors, Tom Mahon's former assistant, Lucy Adams, has taken over his custom shirt business. She'll be visiting SF and NYC with Mahon next week, and is taking appointments:

I think this is the first time she's doing this, so I have no idea what it will be like. They use SIC Tess fabrics, but can source others as well.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
