Good list. Thanks

"Bar code" should be banned:

Bar Code Stripe - The bar code stripe pattern consists of different sized stripes that are closely spaced together. This pattern resembles the lines on a bar code-hence its name. Bar code stripes usually consist of 2 colors or varied tones of one color.

i think the hounds tooth as well

it is nice that this young lady posted descriptions of designs.
I doubt she knows much about the fabric construction.
otherwise she would have noticed her photo error

Perhaps of use. (Taken from AAAC)

Butcher stripe is perhaps also worth mentioning. It's somewhere between awning and Bengal in terms of each stripe's thickness.

I assume then that the convention is that the darker stripe runs vertically and the lighter stripe runs horizontally.

Shadow Stripe - Shadow stripes consist of vertical stripes with another stripe directly adjacent to it or bordering it- creating a shadow effect. Shadow stripes generally vary in width and usually consist of two or three different colors.

I've heard the term "bordered stripe" for the lower one. Shadows only fall in one direction.

Bordered, whenever I've heard the term, almost always refers to something like Bengal width stripes with pinstripes edging each stripe, whereas shadows are the same width.

YMMV of course
