Shirt with two collars

I saw something new today; a co-worker with a bespoke shirt that had two collars.

A blue dress shirt with white barrel cuffs, and a white collar over a blue collar. The white collar was slightly smaller than the blue, so the blue showed underneath a bit.

Never seen this before.

Anyone else seen such a shirt?

Every once in a while. Interno8 and Etro made these a few seasons ago. I saw British GQ spotlight an Etro shirt with three collars... EDIT: Like this? Did it have double-layer cuffs as well?

The last time I saw one, it almost made me blind.

What was your impression of the shirt? Can something like two collars ever be done tastefully?

Arg, that just sounds over the top to me. I think the general rule of thumb should be one collar per neck.

I remember seeing something like this on Jantzen's 'latest styles' page. Truly hideous.

By the way I hear this is the newest thing: (I apologize for the poor quality of the screenshot)
