Shirt tie combo

I am in a bit of a bind here. I want to wear one of these ties with this shirt. Do *any* look good together. Also, what color chinos should I go with? Are those Versace ties from Filene's or Loehmann's? Ties with big logos are hideous and ostentatious, unless that's the look you are going for, I would get new ties. Especially if you are wearing them for work.
