I am pretty tall around 6'3'', but my arms seem to be super long! I fit medium size t shirts sometimes large, but when ever I buy a long sleeve shirt after one wash the sleeves never fit again and I have to roll them up! Anyone know a good place to get longer sleeve shirts or ones that wont shrink at least? Thanks!

now i usually buy larges and have my tailor work them out to fit me..
it gets expensive though.

I am 6'2" and have the exact same problem. There are some solutions that I've found.

Check out the following:

Brooks Brothers extra slim fit shirts
Land's End dress shirts in custom sleeve length (try the tailored fit vs the traditional)
Gap medium tall
Banana Republic medium tall
Abercrombie & Fitch long sleeve shirts
Eddie Bauer medium tall

I know most of these are not ideal (read: A&F) but they do have long sleeve lengths.

The other option is custom shirts (Brooks Brothers does this and high end boutiques in major cities) but this can get pricey.

Best of luck.

Im 6'2, 200lb and have the same thing done with my shirts. Problem is that neck cant be altered
Brooks Brothers extra slim fit shirts.
This is a good option for dress shirt. I take a 16, 36 in extra slim fit shirts but the chest is a little tight. If I go with the slim, the waist is too blousy

The neck can be altered if you dont mind a tiny seam on the back of the collar.. not even noticable

Umm, no. It depends how the shirt is cut. With traditionally cut shirts a medium is best whereas trimmer cut shirts a large works fine.

I recently realized that on most measurement charts, my chest is an M, my waist is an S, and my sleeve and inseam lengths are both L. I have to get pretty much everything OTR tailored if I want it to fit. Kind of obnoxious.

Here are a few other brands to try that have Tall sizes:

Calibrate 'Trim Fit' on the Nordstrom website
L.L Bean
Orvis
Filson

Ibex is another brand that comes to mind that usually has really good sleeve
length for tall people.

The seam is in the center back of the collar.
