Shirt Question

Just bought two nice CT shirts. Both are textured. One is described as a "Panama" style and it's a light blue. I've never heard of that style. It is very nice. Anyone heard of this style before? Did it originate in Panama?

Panama is a lightweight oxford weave.

used for warm climates. Lightweight like a batiste, but not see through.

Thanks, Carl. I really like the texture/pattern and had never heard of it. From your description, its name is generic for a warmer climate shirt. BTW, here's a link to their site and the shirts I got:

The dobby is a little like a Paul Stuart I have that always receives lots of compliments.
