Shirt fit

Hi everyone.

I’m wanting to get your opinions on whether this custom shirt is a good fit for me or not. When I tuck in, there’s a bit of extra fabric, but i’m unsure if that’s because the cut is too big or just the way I’m tucking it. Is the shoulder length too wide?

Hard to tell from just one photo, but my impressions are:

The arms are much larger than they need to be.
The shoulders seem too wide.

Are you going to wear it w/ tie buttoned or loose as you have here? Who made it and will they give you a recut?
