I've got a Barba shirt I need taken up from the sleeve; it is, of course, one of those neapolitan jobbies with all the handwork. Do you think a regular tailor like Wilfred's or Madame Paulette's could handle something like that? I don't need the handstitching, reproduced but I don't want it to look worse. It's solid white, so matching the pattern isn't an issue. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
