Relatively new here and I have enjoyed and appreciated all of the knowledgeable and helpful posts. Learned a lot.
I have started down the road to MTM and enjoying the improvements in fit and appearance. After starting on suits/jackets and dress shirts, I am looking at more casual wear. First question is, how much less fitted should i go with sports shirts, both LS button front and/or pull overs? Seems the pieces I see on line from higher end lines are more straight down from waist to hips and only a bit smaller than chest size. (I am a more V shape, with a 43 chest and 34 waist, so I'm worried about a billowy look if i don't have some taper.)
Second, for a shirt that is not tucked in, do you recommend a squared bottom (my initial thought) or a reduced shirt tail/boat tail or is a combination in the wardrobe? I know the trend has been by younger men to wear everything untucked, but obviously a dress shirt would look silly with the long tails.
Any pics members want to share or direct me to would be much apppreciated. Thanks again for all of the excellent commentary on the site. It's been a big help to me.
