I've noticed this feature on one shirt or another posted on The Sartorialist, and on one such character of a show I absolutely adore. Any good RTW shirts that have this and are of decent price? Or should I just ask Baron Boutique if they'd do such a feature? I really like it, it adds a nice throwback feel and shows some work well done on a shirt. Thanks.

That is an Italian shirt. Neoplitan.
Hand set sleeve. I have made shirts like this that are machine sewn. It is not that hard to do.

your local shirtmaker will most likely not know how to do this.

Nepal or Naples - not much of a difference. [IMG]
