I am quite confident that if you contacted San Fran city hall (mayor's office), they would be able to provide you with the info. Willie probably maintains an office somewhere to conduct "business" like most long-term politicians do when they eventually leave. Or, contact Wilkes Bashford out there and send it to Willie in care of them !
