I like both of those – I think I'd get more wear out of the second, navy one though.

'Which looks better on you', is more important than 'which looks better'.
If you can wear both on in the store, study your skin tones against each one.
If they both look equally good on you, then think of your lifestyle, intended use and current wardrobe to make the decision as to which one works better for you.
I hope you are not considering either of these for sub-zero temperatures or long term exposure to winter, in which case you will freeze to near death in either one.
