Patchily busy, weekdays are generally better for me but I will try to make any time people agree on.
So long as it is a public place with more than one exit.

No punch-up before 9pm...That's the etiquette.

I think the group will be an interesting one with a good mix of nationalities and socio-cultural backgrounds...

    Innit?

London based SF noob here. Always interested in meeting likeminded Aesthetes. Perhaps the event could be called Weak Ties... [IMG]

As far as I know, Ich_Dien is more of a London irregular these days, as am I

We did meet an anonymous member on Kingly Street last year. Perhaps this gathering will bring out the rest of the silent membership

And what fun it was too!

Might join up as well - all depending on time... Based in the City during the day and SW during other hours.

If it were a Kent meet-up we'd have nailed it down long ago [IMG]

I feel like the London crew is mostly gone these days ... tsk tsk.

I think there's a demographic difference for UK SFers vs US - many of the active UK SFers are located outside cities. Meets would be possible, but need more notice and timing consideration eg nights are probably out.

That, and UK SFers are a shy bunch [IMG] .

Perhaps a coffee in Patisserie Valerie once the sales begin, after Christmas. Christmas 2011.

It's suspiciously difficult even arranging a mini-break there at the moment. Still, you always have enough to keep you busy when at home

I remain amused that I effectively assumed the mantle of "StyleForvm London" within 3 months of regular posting - my tally of members met is perhaps only slightly behind the tight-knit San Francisco chapter
