Before I truly immersed myself here at the SF, I used to think "what a bunch of losers who just sit and talk **** to each other everyday," and now, here I am a loser too, arguing with people who provoke me. Oh, how the SF sucks you in...

And now that I got over being judgmental, I am constantly on here, checking what's new, seeing who's said what and hoping to see new pics of great shoes. I am glad that I found the SF. Pure entertainment, great laughs and even better debates. And why not?? It's healthy to vent your opinions and frustrations. Even better to do it to people you don't know and can't see or feel, the outcome just might be different, in a bad way.

The Alden vs AE debates are classic!! Can't get enough of them, purely because it's always the same people saying the same stuff, ridiculing each other for nothing but yet in reality who gives a ****! Opinions are opinions, plain and simple....

The fact that some people who seek advice actually get help is also great. Not a ton of people in America are super stylish and it's great that those that at least desire to be can come get advice from those who are more sartorially savvy and knowledgeable.

Not trying to offend anyone here so please don't take anything personal. Just saying that I appreciate the SF for what it is = a place where you can voice your opinion for better or for worse!

Thanks to the founders who created it

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
