Sadly, I shall be out of the country.

As an aside, that Bourbon and Branch website is one of the most beautiful I've seen in a long time.

I can make the last weekend. Friday or Saturday. Bourbon and Branch is cool -- as long as no one dresses "30s gangster". Tosca is always a favorite, too.

Tosca is my personal favorite. Well, I might pefer Gino and Carlo, but that isn't the best place for a meet-up. I like Bourbon and Branch, and would definitely suggest it to somebody visiting the city, but for me it has gotten old as it has gotten popular and loud. Does this mean the cousins from the Fedora Lounge are not invited.

IMO, The Alembic is a more genuine version of Bourbon and Branch.

The SF members appear conspicuously more eager to socialize than the NYC members. Is it the better weather, the less grumpy disposition, or the more powerful urge to be near other men in close quarters?

The NYC members met on multiple occassions two or three years ago. There was a period of absolute chaos in the retail scene between the First Paul Stuart sample sale, the two Asprey liquidation sales, and the various fire sales along Fifth Avenue. I even remember meeting a forum member when a.Testoni closed their Fifth Avenue shop and had literally everything on sale for 75% off.
