Grad is in a few weeks, and I actually need a suit/tux. I know next to nothing about mens formal wear, other then fit being key. I don't want to go crazy into this, so designer suits are out, and I will be probably picking this up from Moores (CANADA!). The grad theme is "James Bond" but I'm not paying much attention to that, I want just find something very very dope.

So, any suggestions? if this subjects been done to death, simply tell me where the thread,

thanks!

Aren't you going to be needing a suit coming up for interviews and such? It might make sense to buy a good one for that and use it for the graduation as well. There are a zillion threads on interview/first suits for new grads here.

Graduations have themes nowadays?! And James Bond?! You are smart not to pay attention to that.

Where in Canada are you located? May be able to provide specific suggestions on where to go.

I also don't really want to break the bank on this, so nothing absolutley craaazy

Do you want a suit or a tuxedo? And what, exactly, are you willing to spend? Not trying to be invasive, but I've seen "not too much" mean everything from $100 to "no more than $1000".

Sweet hell...the grad theme for two out of the five years I was in high school (in my day we had five years of high school in Ontario) was "Stairway to Heaven". Explains, I think, why I did not go to mine.
