I joined a dodge ball league and made the mistake of doing a lot of lifting the day before a game. I went into the game pretty sore in the upper body and about 10 minutes into the game my arm hurt bad and was tingling. Ever since then (5 days) I'll get a slight tingle in my arm and I need to shake it out to feel better. What the **** have I done?

sounds like you aggravated a nerve in either your arm or neck. ice the offending area, take a few naproxen, and keep that up twice a day for a week. if it doesn't get better after that, seek medical opinions.

I had a pinched nerve that had symptoms like you describe. herniated a disc in my neck, which caused arm tingling (and the ring and pinky finger to tingle as well). I didn't jump on rehabbing it like I should, so I spent about two years getting my tricep and shoulder back to equal strength (and it looks funny) as there was permanent damage to my left tricep nerves. Only about 2/3rds of the muscle responds to the nerve signal now, so it just looks odd. Anyway, the above posters are right - get to a doctor post haste. Better to be safe than sorry.

That is unnecessarily threatening the OP.
He'll only die if "” in addition to the tingly arm "” his loose stools are extremely bloody.

Ouch, both balls? I have heard it said that you can survive with one ball. Though I don't know why you'd want to.
