Those are two totally different locales. I'm pretty sure new york doesnt have a massive ice capped mountain range as a backdrop.

Haha, I stand corrected. Second best gift. The theater actually has a bedroom attached with full bath and kitchen. As far as staying there, well, I have a hard enough time convincing my wife to let my college buddies stay in the house. LOL
