I'm sure that there have been similar threads before, but why not do another? And yes, "SF Approved" is a loaded term.

I'll start:

"Loud" suiting fabric (gun club check, prince of wales, tartan, etc.)
Anything double breasted
Paisley ties
Mabitexes
Chisel toe shoes
Navy blue shoes

Humongous cuffs on each and every pair of trousers.

Triple monks are ridiculous, but not SF approved AFAIK.
