Alright men I am looking to find a pair of dark blue raw denim jeans. I have no idea where exactly to look. But I do not trust myself anymore so I would like you guys to guide me in the right direction. I am looking for a slim pair but nothing too low cut since I am a 34 and don't a 6 pack it would be hard to pull off. The most important part is that they are cheap. I cannot spend more than $75 so please do not point me towards $850 pairs

I bought a pair of crates from a barneys co-op for 60. Maybe you could try there.

Gap Japanese denim is $88, $75 is going to be hard to do. Keep an eye on the FS section here.

I'm gonna say it just once to get it out of the way: there is nothing wrong with being on a budget nor is there anything wrong with paying less than $100 for jeans. That said, there is nothing wrong with bargain hunting so that you find a $250 pair of jeans for $100 instead of a $100 pair of jeans for $100, just like there is nothing wrong with saving up a few bucks here and there so that you spend $150 on a pair of jeans you're guaranteed to be happy with than losing $75 on a "bargain" mistake. Lastly, few jeans under $100 are "SF approved" and with good reason...

514s or new 501s in a dark wash (or STF in the 501) for $35.

Save up for a pair of whatever "SF Approved" jeans float your boat.

All good entry level jeans, except for the Crates which I think are just good jeans period.

Thanks for the info gentalmen. Do you think I could find any of these on Long Island. Since I am 16 I cannot go to the city on my own due to the time and money, etc. Do stores such as Bloomingdales, Saks, and Nordstrom or maybe even Macy's (I hope not) carry these brands.
