    Hello All,

I am self-learning some tailoring I will do my first shirt fitting this weekend...

As for now I know how to do pants' cuffs and waist, I have done even a legs and crotch project that turned out well....

Last weekend project was to do let in a Jacket waist/chest using the back seam...

This was a beautiful gray herringbone jacket with no vent that fit me too wide so I let in the chest and waist and made the centre vent...

The results were very good.... next thing I'd do for a jacket would be to shorten the sleeves, and then I'd be bold and try to do the shoulders....

However as I am quite old I don't think I could do an apprenticeship in tailoring...

Somebody knows of some resources to self-learn? online?
