as an avid sufu/styleforum crossover denimhead i feel obligated to buy these jeans--if only i had $400 lying around to spare [IMG]

I guess everyone has to get paid....I know it's "limited run" but it's $375...as a reader and enjoyer of both forums...no way will I justify paying 375 for jeans.

Seems pretty comparable to other heavyweight denim...21oz Sams are $375 at BiG, 24oz are $385. Standard Iron Hearts are around $350. IIRC several of the collabs have been more...the original SEXIH01s are still on SE's site at $380.

Not that isn't a lot of money, but if anything they're cheaper than I would have expected.

yeah i was going to say this is comparable to other competitors, such as Context x Momos and also SE's other previous collabs. nothing new here in terms of pricing.

Very nice, just got a new pair of sams, but I have really wanted a heavier weight denim. I'm torn between these and the SEXIH07's.

As a quick note in response to all the PMs and emails we've gotten about these.. These run true to size and it's a slim jean. The jean shrinks to tagged size, they come about 1" above tagged size raw.

    They look great.

I hope you all like the SF patch - I wanted to blend the Americana and classic Levi's style with the Japanese aesthetic and a year of the tiger theme (it is a Japanese company producing it, after all).
