really like this low rise, my concern is after i need to get it hemmed to around 32" inseam.. with the bigger leg opening in the 32,33 sizes, and with 5 inches off, the leg opening might be even bigger :\\

That's what I was also thinking. It looks like I'm going to need a size 33. I'd go with the 32 (measures 34 waist), but with that low of a rise they'll be pretty tight. These actually look like they are similar to the Nudie Average Joe in cut. Anyway, I'll need to get these hemmed and would like to know how big the leg opening will be if I get them hemmed to a 32 or 33. Is it best to call the store? Don't want to be a pain and bother them too much since I'm sure they'll extremely busy.

They are a slim straight leg, so I doubt it makes much of a difference

We've got to move past tapered jeans, try a larger leg opening with a cuff that doesn't touch your shoes or boots. Or a hem that barely breaks at your shoes..

There probably isn't enough time for this, but I was wondering:

What size is the model wearing?
What is the model's waist measurement?
What is the model's height and are the jeans he is wearing hemmed (to what length?) or just cuffed?
What size GT's is he wearing?

His fit is pretty great and he looks a lot like me. I"d like to replicate and enjoy some really comfortable straight legs for once. Thanks.

indeed, i've been wearing some cuffed RRL's for the last year mostly, with a leg opening over 8" cuffed, with no break

although after i check my finances, i think i want these as well

The model (Sidney) is wearing a size 29, that's almost sizing up two for him.
If he was to wear a size where it was snug around his waist he'd probably have to go down to a 27, but then Sidney is extremely skinny.
He's about 5'10" and his GT's are a size 8.5US.
The jeans he's wearing have not been hemmed, as you can tell by the long inseam and cuff.

I totally get that. i love the look of them on Sid in the pictures. It's just that a bigger leg opening (8.75 or bigger) doesn't look good on me because I have small feet (8-9 depending). Think I may give these a try though along with the Iron Heart slim jeans.

The model has a 29" waist.
He is wearing a size 29 which has a 31" waist. It is "like" he sized up two.

I'm guessing the jeans ride on the notch at the hip then? Not at his true waist... he's at a 31" hip measurement.

News Update:
The denim is unsanforized... Which is great, because we here at the store prefer unsanforized denim.
The specs listed for the denim that was produced listed the denim as "sanforized - little shrinkage", but it turns out they are not sanforized. They don't shrink as much as the denim found on Flat Head, PBJ's, Real Japan Blues, etc.. but they do shrink.

Sample shrinking measurements for a size 30, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes, then lined dried:
