Apologies for what may be a stupid question … I’m a bit out of my comfort zone here … but I’m guessing the experts on this thread could help.
I washed a pair of selvage denim in cold water and it produced some notable dying / discoloration and blue streaking as I flip up the cuff. It’s a bit more prominent than my photo shows. Can I bleach or do anything to get the original color back?

No, unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done here. Good news is that generally over time as you keep washing the jean that indigo that's now all over the weft yarns will wash out.
