Any idea how the flat head cordovan card case in black will age?

Yes, that shell cordovan they produce becomes a bit slick/smooth looking with age, even more so than how it starts off. The black in particular forms an impressive patina for a deep black leather as it has a great hand feel as the leather softens up with wear.

do you know of any brands that make flannel / plaid shirts where the shirt pockets are stitched in the same / exact pattern as the shirt, rather than contrasting?

ie - at a distance, you wouldn't be able to tell if there was a pocket or not.

SLP flannels historically have had the pockets stitched this way, whereas Amiri, iron heart, and most brands have pockets stitched contrasting. i prefer the former.

Yes, we've had flannels from Stevenson Overall and Sugar Cane which have had pattern matching done on the pockets.

3sixteen x Schott Horween Chromexcel Tea-Core Dyed Horsehide Jackets

We're happy to announce that Self Edge is one of the lucky retailers to have been granted access to the new 3sixteen x Schott Horween Chromexcel tea-core dyed horsehide jacket collection. For the first time they've done two versions, a Perfecto style double rider's jacket and a A-2 reproduction with some twists. 3sixteen did a smart thing with the A-2 and designed these so there are side entry hand pockets hidden behind the traditional A-2 pockets. Both jackets are made of a custom Horween leather designed by 3sixteen, have lightly contrasting nickel hardware with stirrup shaped zipper pulls, and are lined with a Japanese printed cotton twill.

These are fairly limited and will not be restocked.

Here we have one of the wildest denim styles to come from Pure Blue Japan. Their new "snow" denim is produced with a short staple cotton that gives the denim a very unique look and feel. Iron Heart 633 in 14oz Black/Black Denim & New Horsehide Jackets

This week have the very popular 633 fit from Iron Heart in a newly developed 14oz denim with a black warp and black weft. The denim on this is one of the best black/black denim styles we've seen from any brand, it has a perfect hand feel and great character for a black/black denim.

We've also received Iron Heart's newest horsehide jacket. This model has been modified exclusively for our stores as we've had Iron Heart remove the side/rear zippered gussets for a cleaner look.

I like the look of those black 12oz PBJs, but can you confirm the sizing? I’m seeing the 34 is measuring at 32”. That seems pretty gnarly.
