Seersucker collar....

I was just in my closet taking my J. Press seersucker suit out for Easter Sunday, and I noticed a problem with the back of the jacket collar. The back of the collar is now riding high to the point where white felt backing is showing at the bottom. My questions are -

    1) Is this the fault of the jacket or the dry cleaner? Ostensibly, I would think the latter as I wore it new all last season without this problem.

    2) More importantly, can it be fixed? (Hopefully by a simple pressing....)

I really hope there is a solution as I really love the suit, on top of the fact that it is only a season old.

Thanks in advance for any insights.
