I like them, but then I like Italian shoes. They are generally less conservative than British styles (which I also like), so there will always be some people who will hate them. But these are good quality, well-made and thoughtfully-designed shoes, which are hardly the kind of monstrosities produced by fashion retailers.

But don't you think that seam emerging from both sides of the vamp is kind of... yucky?

It's true that I would probably prefer a slightly different style, but it doesn't make me hurl chunks...
